* Catering Credit – Holiday parties hosted between Nov. 13 and Dec. 23, 2009 and valued at more than $5,000 will receive a $500 credit applied to the final bill; for parties valued at more than $10,000, the credit increases to $1,000.

* Holiday Luncheon Menu ($35 per person, inclusive) – Guests enjoy a three-course plated luncheon with their choice of salad, entrée and dessert. Menu items include such options as Oak Leaf Lettuce, Radicchio and Endive with Crumbled Stilton, Candied Pecans, Sun-Dried Cherries and Herb Vinaigrette; Focaccia Crusted Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Mashed Potatoes; and to finish, Four Seasons Pumpkin Cheesecake with Eggnog Cream Sauce.

* Holiday Dinner Menu ($70 per person, inclusive) – Seated dinner service includes a three-course menu expertly paired with wine by award-winning sommelier Mark Sayre.

* Holiday Buffet Menu ($75 per person, inclusive) – Guests are treated to an expansive holiday buffet including an open bar with premium brand liquors. The buffet menu features cold hors d'oeuvres like Lobster Salad on Griddled Cornbread and Petit Beef Filet Crustini with Horseradish Aïoli and Cippolini Onion, as well as a selection of hot hors d'oeuvres, a carving station and dessert bar.
