Hotels In Liverpool's Hope Street

Hope Street is located in the heart of Liverpool and is framed at either end by a cathedral. It has recently been redeveloped and is home to an enormous array of civic, residential and entertainment buildings. As such it would be an excellent place to stay, and there are many hotels in Liverpool that are located on, or near to Hope Street.

One such is the Hope Street Hotel which was recently voted one of the 50 'coolest hotels in the world'. Like many independently run hotels in this vein, there's an ephasis on style and good service that is lacking in some of the larger chain hotels in Liverpool. This one is small (only 48 rooms), but has an elegant modern finish and one excellent restaurant. Most importantly perhaps, it's located near to the two cathedrals, a concert hall, some legendary pubs, two theatres and lots of restaurants.

Beatles Experience in a Liverpool Hotel!

It didn't take long for someone to capitalise on The Beatles' pedigree in this town; if you're a serious Beatles fan you might consider staying in this Liverpool hotel with a difference. Located in a grade II listed building in the centre of Liverpool, the Hard Days Night Hotel features unique artwork in each room, which are each luxuriously decorated. Rooms also include state-of-teart communication and media facilities. George Harrison would approve!

This place is incredibly stylish and finished to a very high standard. Hotels in Liverpool do tend to be a little less expensive than their London counterparts and even this 4-star hotel has rates from around £100/night.

Another less expensive option would be the Eleanor Rigby hotel, also located in the centre of Liverpool. Rates from around £45.

Hotels In Liverpool One Development, Liverpool's World Heritage Site

Liverpool One is the latest development site and features over 160 shops, as well as a large number of restaurants and boutiques. It also features Chavasse Park – a 5 acre park in the middle of Liverpool. The combination of a city centre location with brilliant dining and shopping options make staying here quite a good prospect. What's the best option if you want to stay at a hotel in Liverpool one?

There are a couple of choices, the first being the Hilton which always provides consistent service. Though it's not the cheapest option, and you won't get the benefit of a boutique feel the Hilton has set high standards in the area.

Right next door is a hotel in Liverpool One's complex: the Lever Court Apartments are 61 fully service apartments that would be ideal way to see Liverpool with a group of people. These apartments offer very good value, and are extremely stylish inside. From £90/night (sleeps 4).
